IPMP is India's hyperlocal and PAN India marketplace connecting local businesses with customers across every city, district, and village. We are committed to building a 100% legal, clean, family-friendly, and compliant platform that empowers Indian businesses and communities.
Strictly Prohibited
The following are absolutely not allowed on IPMP. Violations result in immediate permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement.
Illegal Activities
Any business involved in illegal activities, scams, or fraud is strictly prohibited and will be permanently banned with legal action.
Alcohol & Liquor
Alcohol shops, liquor stores, bars, pubs, or any alcohol-related listings are strictly prohibited on IPMP.
Illegal Meat
Sale of banned, illegal, or prohibited meat is strictly not allowed. Sellers must comply with local and national food laws.
Fake Listings
False business information, duplicate listings, or fake reviews will result in immediate permanent ban without refund.
Drugs & Narcotics
Sale, promotion, or supply of any illegal drugs or narcotics is strictly prohibited and will be reported to police.
Adult Content
Any adult, obscene, or inappropriate content is strictly not allowed on the platform under any circumstances.
Gambling
Betting, gambling, lottery, or any related services are strictly prohibited on IPMP.
Sexual Listings
Any sexually suggestive, explicit, or escort-related listings are strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities immediately.
Porn Listings
Pornographic content, adult entertainment services, or any obscene material is strictly prohibited on IPMP with zero tolerance.
⚠️ Zero Tolerance Policy
Any violation = Immediate permanent ban + Legal action + No refund
Seller Terms
Sellers must provide accurate and truthful business information.
Business name, address, phone, and category must be genuine.
Sellers are responsible for keeping their listings updated.
IPMP reserves the right to remove any listing without notice.
Subscription fees are non-refundable after the 2-month free trial.
Sellers must comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations.
IPMP is not responsible for transactions between buyers and sellers.
Commission agents earn 20% of referred revenue, paid every 5th monthly.
Referral codes are non-transferable and for personal use only.
Multiple accounts by the same person/business are not allowed.
IPMP reserves the right to suspend accounts violating platform policies.
User Terms
Users must be 18 years or above to register on IPMP.
Users are responsible for verifying business details before transacting.
IPMP does not guarantee the quality or authenticity of listed businesses.
Reviews must be genuine and based on real experiences.
Fake, paid, or malicious reviews are strictly prohibited.
Users must not use IPMP for any illegal purpose.
IPMP is not liable for any loss arising from business transactions.
Personal data is protected as per our Privacy Policy.
Subscription & Payments
• All plans come with a 2-month free trial. No payment during trial.
• Plans range from ₹199 to ₹4,999/month after the trial period.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before renewal date.
• Refunds are not provided after payment is processed.
Commission Policy
• Sales Agents and Influencers earn 20% commission on every seller subscription they refer.
• Payouts are made every 5th of the month to registered bank accounts.
• Minimum payout threshold: ₹100.
• Commission is subject to TDS as per Indian tax laws.
• IPMP reserves the right to withhold commission if fraud is detected.
Privacy Policy
• We collect only necessary information to operate the platform.
• Your data is stored securely and never sold to third parties.
• Business listings are publicly visible to help customers find you.
• You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India. By using IPMP, you agree to these terms in full.
